White Cardillo is a warm-hearted wife, mother of beautiful
toddler, realtor, engineering teacher/ public speaker, and pro-am
ballroom competition just name a few talents. |

Advocator for repurposing waste to save the planet, supporter of
the triple R initiatives to reduce carbon waste, and promoter of
social change for the community are a few ways to describe
Chakara. |
|
She has a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a concentration in
Pre-med, and a minor in chemistry. A passion for teaching and
education was still prevalent when she pursued a double Master in
Biology and Education. It was only a matter of time before she
began using her love of science and the environment in the
classroom. Her innovation became transparent in the curriculum
engagement of her students. Being a graduate of the Leadership
Institute at the Bridgewater State University and Leadership
Institute in her local school district, she continues pursuing
ways to be the best educator in leadership roles.Chakara’s
visions for her students include helping to build bridges that
will steer them towards STEM Sciences in education, fulfilling
the gaps in the STEM fields. She sees herself as an educator who
is still learning. |

As an educator in the STEM field, Chakara became a finalist for
The Patriots Hall of Fame presented by Raytheon Technologies STEM
Teacher of the year in 2019. She has also received the PLTW
Rookie STEM Teacher of the Year Award and recognition from the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts. |

Overtime, she showcased her talents to increase her community’s
awareness of how engineering can be utilized to enhance community
and societal needs. She was just getting started. Her recent
accomplishments include having her students reinvent toys to
benefit children with cerebral palsy. Additionally, Chakara is
leading her students in an innovation challenge sponsored by
Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Challenge to come up with ways to help
the community utilize the use of technology. |

During past years, your Mrs. Universe International has been
involved in the following charitable events: Wag for Tags, Food
Bank 4U, Bridgewater State University, Toys for Tots, Bark Happy,
and Bell of the Ball just to name a few. As an advocate for
sustainability living, her mission this year is to foster
relationships with charitable organizations that support families
by recycling, reuse, and repurpose initiatives that will continue
to benefit communities and reduce carbon footprints. |

Providing support to different community charitable organizations
and inspiring student engagement in the STEM and STEAM fields,
are just a few ways to describe Chakara. |
|
She continues to provide a blueprint for change in a fast moving
world, and is honored to represent the Married women in it. Her
aspirations and desire are to make the environment a healthy
place for the next generation and continue to make a difference
in the lives of young adults and families in the world. |

Chakara is both proud and humbled to represent the married women
of the world. |
