Congeniality, Costume, Photogenic not by division but for All
Premier World Delegates. |

The events are as follows: |

Combine the Miss, Mrs. Ms. and Teen Competitions but keep them as
separate as possible in order to give a world class event in a
great venue |

Panel Interview 30% of total score |
|
Costume Competition - not rated but an award is given |
|
Fitness in Swimwear Attire(two piece optional) 30% of total score |
|
A combined evening gown and stage question format: The delegate
would stop halfway through her presentation,- answer the question
and then finish her presentation. 40% of total score
